Our coaches join departments and work groups as team members. We don’t lead the group, we’re part of the group. Except when behaviors turn unproductive, we step in, call time-outs, review the slow-motion together, and help the group improve on the spot. It’s real-time learning on the job. We help people learn together and coach how to improve together.
