First things first – no one attends UNTraining. Instead, UNTraining attracts people who want to make a difference. Including our coaches.

Our coaches join departments and work groups as team members. We don’t lead the group, we’re part of the group. Except when behaviors turn unproductive, we step in, call time-outs, review the slow-motion together, and help the group improve on the spot. It’s real-time learning on the job. We help people learn together and coach how to improve together.
